Summer Sunshine, Blush Pinks & Gentle Pastels for the Gorgeous Wedding for Katie & Daniel at Singleton Lodge

This was such a lovely wedding, I can't begin to tell you happy it makes me re-visiting these lovely Summer weddings now Autumn is very much upon us.

This spectacular Wedding was at one of our all time favourite venues the truly lovely Singleton Lodge where an oasis of calm awaits every wedding party and a very special romantic atmosphere prevails.

But before I show you all of the excitement of the big day, let me first introduce you to Katie's sample Bridal designs created a few weeks prior to the Wedding Day, we'd decided on a soft pastel palette to tone with her Aqua Bridesmaid's gowns 

Katie & Daniel's Mood Board was simple but included all of the vital information required to create a set of sample designs. The Mood Board can be in any format though proper card versions are our favourite and the size doesn't matter at all, some of the best ones are quite small, we do however need fabric swatches from the Bridesmaids gowns, images of the Bridal gown and the Grooms suit with tie information, if possible a copy of the stationery, table and chair linen samples, Mum's outfits and anything else that is relevant, it's helpful if there are images of flowers and perhaps designs that the Bride & Groom would like to include.

A Keira Rose Boutonniere a sample design suggestion created for Katie & Daniel

Their brief was for all low table designs so we put together a few samples for them to choose from in the end we decided on a mixture of them all

A Central Vase with a posy of fresh flowers with tea lights and other blooms around the base

One of our lovely Crystal Cake stands topped with a posy of fresh Hydrangeas, peonies and Roses

Finally the big day had arrived and Adele, Olivia & I headed off to the Bride's family home to present the Bridal Bouquets to our lovely Bride and her Bridesmaids

I showed everyone how to carry their Bouquet perfectly

Katie's Bouquet was so delicious with a collection of Peonies, English Garden Roses Juliet, Keira, White & Pink O'Hara, Sweet Avalanche & Vendella with Sweet Peas in soft peaches, blushes and ivories, the crowning glory was of course the heavenly fresh Lily of the Valley

Adele & Olivia headed off on the fabulous Singleton Lodge

One of our Floral Hearts was hung on the front door, welcoming the guests as they arrived

Just inside the entrance the Fireplace was dressed with posies of fresh flowers

Fragranced posies of Sweet Peas decorated the bar tables

Inside the Ceremony Room the scene was set with a collection of crystal vessels all filled with fresh flowers set on both Registrars tables,  just behind them both a silver fruit bowl filled with fresh flowers stood on a pedestal stand framing the ceremony perfectly

Olivia pinned on Daniel's and all of the Groom's Men's Boutonnieres whilst Adele captured the magic on our camera

Daniel looked super smart, his Rose Boutonniere completed his look brilliantly

The Floral Heart included a luscious array of fresh Roses, Peonies, Hydrangeas, Freesia and Sweet Peas

Whilst the Bride & Groom & their guests enjoyed the sunshine a transformation was taking place inside Singleton Lodge

Our Crystal Cake stands looked glorious topped with Peonies, Roses, Hydrangeas and Sweet Peas

The Top Table was blissful with a collection of crystal vessels filled with fresh flowers sat on a row of mirrored tiles all filled with fresh blooms illuminated by lots of floating candles
