The Fabulous Wedding Day of the Very Beautiful Victoria & Michael at St Leonard's Church Downham & The Inn at Whitewell
We've been looking forward to this beautiful wedding day for well over a year now, I always knew it would be glorious.
Our Bride & Groom are totally gorgeous with incredibly good taste, they also have terrific families and a wonderful set of friends, I really did feel massively privileged to have been a small part of such a very special day...
~
So my first delivery to our Beautiful Bride, Bridesmaids & Brides Mum (& Hairdressers & make Up Artists too) in their suite of rooms at The Inn at Whitewell, the party was already in full swing when I arrived to present the bouquets and to deliver my own version of the FD Events Bridal Bouquet carrying lesson...
Shirl, Mike & I headed off to the beautiful village of Downham, the village is dominated by a fabulous pub The Assheton Arms where all of the Groom's Party were enjoying themselves and the beautifully kept St Leonard's Church where the Ceremony was to take place
We'd dressed the two hand rails with garlands of foliages and fresh flowers every other step had a beautiful posy of hand tied fragrant fresh flowers
Inside the Porch lovely candle lit Birdcages dressed with nosegays of fresh fragrant blooms, lace and ribbons dressed the two benches
Small posies of fragrant fresh flowers completed the look as did a few well placed Rose petals
The Boutonnieres and Corsages were already to be pinned on to their respective owners
I'd hung Posies of fresh flowers in jam jars from the backs of alternate chairs lining the aisle
The windowsills throughout Church were dressed with Bird Cage Lanterns and posies of fresh flowersTwo of our magnificent Baroque candelabras framed the Ceremony Space majestically
The views from here are sublime
The Groom's Dad was first to have his Boutonniere pinned on, a collection of Quicksand Rose with Astrantia and Gracia Creme with a flourish of Champagne Grass created the perfect Boutonniere
Our super handsome Bride Groom Michael was of course next, his Boutonniere consisted of a sprig of fresh Rosemary a Sweet Avalanche Rose, some Wax Flower Blossom and a Snowflake Rose
Phil, Mike's splendiferous Best Man
Phil's Best Man's Boutonniere featured a Sprig of Rosemary, a Memory Lane Rose, Astrantia and a Snowflake Rose Bud
