Emma & David's Autumn Wedding Day 2008

Welcome to St. John the Evangelist Church, Lund. We hung lanterns from the Lytch gate and tied bouquets of Callas and roses to the side posts.
This is David the very handsome groom, with a buttonhole of Lily of the Valley, Eryngium thistle and a Schwartzwalder Calla lily.
The Church was very cosy and warm inside, the pews were dressed with Purple Prince Tulips, Snow Berry and Callas.
The Ushers escorted and protected the guests with huge umbrellas as they walked up the path to Church.

Father Giles conducted a lovely ceremony, with a special sermon about St. Francis whose anniversary it was on Saturday.
The arrival of the very glamorous Groom's Mum in her beautiful outfit.

The spangly Groom's sister Vicky with her diamante encrusted wrist corsage.

One of the two lovely flower girls with wrist corsages of white Nerines, tiny Arabicum florets and rolled Cool Water rose petals.
The New Bell Ringer, The Groom's Father.
The arrival of the Bridesmaids and Beverley the extremely elegant Brides Mum.

The fabulous photographer was Spencer Cartwright from Repartage photography, he is so full of energy and exctiting ideas that it really is a joy to work with him, the day was a typical fresh and blustery October day and Spencer did seem to be making the most of the elements, we can't wait to see the results of his labours. http://www.repartage.co.uk/
The divine Bride Emma.

A helping hand out of the car by the "young man" from Malvern Wedding Cars.

A Kiss for Dad.

The bouquet we created for Emma was in a “Flower Design” natural oval shaped, hand tied style with Schwartzwalder & Pink Callas, Amnesia Roses, Cool Water Roses, Small Orchids, Eryngium Thistle, Begonia Rex leaves, Green Hydrangeas, Black Dill, Viburnum Tinnus Berries, Eryngium Thistle, Fresh Rosemary, Eucalyptus together with other wild unusual autumnal materials with a touch of ivory Lily of the Valley & Snowberry. The bouquet was finished with diamante studs and an ivory tulle handle

The pedestals in Church were lit with huge pillar candles and placed on either side of the ceremony space, these arrangements are to depict Guardian Angels, looking after the happy couple.
Emma's hair looked perfect throughout the entire day, I would strongly reccommend having your hair up for Church weddings because you never know what the weather will be doing.
When the weather is blustery like this they say it means "Winds of Wealth blowing your way" so I hope you've bought some lottery tickets David & Emma!

The Groom's Dad John.

The Bridesmaid's bouquets included, Cymbidium Orchids, Schwartzwalder Calla lily's aand Amnesia Roses with grasses and autumnal foliages.

It was lovely to meet the two drivers, they were both extremely smart and courteous and most of all smiley, the cars were clean and shining and I personally loved the fact that they weren’t cheapened by too many ribbons and bows.
