Delicious Peaches & Creams For Rhia & Stuart's Sublime St Leonard's & Samlesbury Hall Wedding Day

Our Jason was in charge of the flowers on this glorious wedding day, some say he's much better than the ladies in our team, but hey who are we to say, he certainly brings an element of masculinity and strength that are often much needed, particularly when we're using our cast iron "Verdi Gris" collection on the dining tables, more of that later, but it's the calmness, the practical and absolute "nothings too much trouble" vibe he exudes that seduces many!!!
So the presentation of the lovely Rhia's Beautiful Bridal Bouquet of White Peonies, Peach English Garden Roses, Sweet Peas, Lily of the Valley and luscious Hostas.
The Bouquet Carrying lesson was done while the lovely Rhia was having her hair done (Only a Woman can multi task like this)

Then Jase headed off to St Leonard the Less to meet our gorgeous Bride Groom Stuart, he was of course first to have his rather special boutonniere of a Peony, Sweet Pea, Lily of the Valley, Viburnum Opulus and Juliet Rose pinned in place

A little sheaf of Gracia Creme Rose Buds bound with lace and shoelace ribbon for this handsome young man

Time was marching on....
Inside this glorious old Church a magnificent pedestal design of Alliums, Delphiniums, Antirhinnums, Roses, Peonies, Stocks and Hydrangeas dressed the Altar
On the Font we'd laid a simple spray of fresh flowers

Corsages and Boutonnieres were pinned on all of the important guests, the Bride Groom's lovely parents, The Groom's Mum was wearing a corsage of Crystal Blush Calla Lilies
The two adorable Flower Girls and stunning Bridesmaid looked so pretty in their peach and ivory Gowns, Floral Magic Wands, Wrist Corsages and Flowers in their hair were the order of the day, the Bridesmaid's Wrist Corsage allowing her two free hands to enable her to look after the two little ones

The bridesmaids Beautiful Wrist Corsage of Vuvuzela Roses, Coral Sweet Peas, Bouvardia, Gracia Creme Rose Buds, Alchemilla Mollis, Rolled Rose Petals and Thalaspi
The seriously cute Flower Girls with their Floral Magic Wands, each dressed with a fragrant posy of Sweet Peas, Roses, Lily of the Valley and Baby Pom Pom Peonies in Ivory

The Completely Fabulous Brides Mum, wearing a corsage of Rolled Vuvuzela Petals, Fragrant Lily of the Valley, Vendella Rose with Gracia Creme Rose Buds which complimented her cream ensemble beautifully
Our Beautiful Bride Rhia arriving with her super proud Dad
Rhia's stunning gown was from our friends at One & Only Bridal Couture

Rhia's Bridal Bouquet included so many of my favourite things David Austin English Garden Roses, Lily of the Valley, Sweet Peas, Peonies, Hostas all in shades of Peach and Ivory
The handle of the wedding Bouquet was bound in lace with the stems left semi naked and then enveloped in a lace handkerchief, Rhia's "Something Old"
I love this bit......

The fabulous folks from Ashton Photography were capturing all of the magic as our fabulous Bride & Groom left Church
Massive Congratulations to Rhia and Stuart from all of the team here at Flower Design Events

The Celebrations moved on to the splendid surroundings of Samlesbury Hall
The dining tables were dressed with a combination of designs from our fabulous "Verdi Gris" Collection.
Our "Verdi Gris" Candelabra swathed in a garland of fresh Roses, Sweet Peas, Alliums, Peonies, Hydrangeas and Sweet Peas
Our "Verdi Gris" Bird Bath filled with a garden style design including Antirhinnums, Roses, Sweet Peas, Orchids, Bouvardia and Delphiniums
Our Verdi Gris Urn filled to overflowing with Roses, Hydrangeas, Peonies, Sweet Peas, Stachys and fresh Dill
The top table was elegantly dressed with tiny posies of fresh fragrant bridal blooms in random glass vases and vessels, each one individually dressed with Ribbons, Lace, Jute and Hessian
The vessels were arranged in clusters along the table, each one designed to celebrate the exquisite beauty of the blooms
