Trinity Hospice 25th Anniversary Celebration Service at St Cuthbert's Church

Jason and I were hugely honoured to be invited to these very important celebrations last week, Trinity Hospice as many of you regular readers will know is a charity very close to our hearts here at Flower Design, they are our nominated charity and throughout the year proceeds from our demonstrations, Afternoon Teas and Supper clubs make there way over to Trinity!
~
This was of course a very special celebration officiated by The Bishop of Blackburn, with local VIP's and dignatries and of course normal folks like ourselves invited to celebrate 25 years of service to The Fylde Coast.
St Cuthberts was dressed to impress with their legendry Lytch Gate decorated with a garland of fabulous Green Blooms.(This was gift from the very generous Mrs Jukhoop)Inside we had two huge pedestal designs of Midori Anthuriums, Emerald Hydrangeas, White Delphiniums and Green Tea Roses. These two designs represent "Guardian Angels" hence their size and shape
Fragrant Bay Trees and peaceful ferns flanked the door way
And my old friend John was at the gate to welcome everyone

The nursing staff of the hospice greeted all of the visitors and handed out the order of service
Katie Fieldhouse meeting and greeting all of the Mayors

The uber brilliant & lovely Jane Molyneux of Trinity Hospice
There were lots of happy faces my old friend Ken
Becca who'd put together such a beautiful service

The table was laid as a display of hospitality; a symbol of the hospitality offered by Trinity Hospice to everyone who needs it
All of the readers were inspirational and we were reminded of the very first "Good Samaritan"

The completely wonderful Nicola Howard, Soprana moved us all with her wonderful singing
The lights of the candle representing "Trinity" were lit by two brothers
