A Sneaky Peek at Laura & Tim's Fabulously Vibrant Wedding at The Great Hall at Mains

I was so excited to do this wedding on Saturday, I loved Laura and Tim and their wonderful families ideas, inspiration and the atmosphere they all created, Laura & Tim live abroad so our relationship has been a long distance one and Laura saw my ideas for her Bouquet for the very first time (In the flesh) on Thursday, she was so thrilled that we couldn't wait for Saturday to finally arrive!!!!...
~
Our fabulous Vintage Table & Chairs; placed at the foot of the aisle, we did this first at The Great Hall at Mains about two and a half years ago, since then it's been copied a number of times but as with all designs the Original is still the best, in vibrant and vivacious colour it looks better than ever!!!
Tiny Cups of fresh flowers each decorated individually with ribbons and lace and then placed on one of our three tier cake stands
On the opposite side of the aisle Birdcages dressed with fresh flowers and candle lit lanterns completed the framing of the ceremony space

On the low coffee tables a selection of travel books and postcards sat alongside coffe cups filled with fresh flowers

The sun was shining on Saturday when Laura's stunning Bridesmaid's and Page Boy arrived, each carried an individually created vibrant Bouquet and the adorable Page Boy was wearing a tiny Boutonniere

In all of the Bouquets we included the signature flower a stunning Sunflower after that the content of each Bridesmaid's bouquet was as individual as the Bridesmaid who was carrying them
Our stunning Bride Laura arrived in style with her uber proud Dad

Laura's magical wedding bouquet included Vanda Orchid "Purple Magic", Exquisite double Hellebores, Cardifolium Leucaspernum, Peonies in a variety of shades from deep raspberry to blush pinks, a myriad of fragrant Sweet Peas, Craspedia, David Austin's English Garden Rose Darcey, Viburnum Opulus and the star of the show the joyous Sunflower
The fabulous photographers on the day were our good friends "Abigail & Eye" they along with the lovely Lizzie from The Great Hall were on hand to capture all of the fairytale
Laura looked utterly breathtaking, her Dad was wearing a Boutonniere individually designed for him and each of the Groom's men were wearing totally different Boutonnieres

On the Bride & Groom's registrars table a collection of Goldfish bowls dressed the signing
Our favourite registrar the lovely Jayne Murray officiated, her table was dressed with a more opulent design (Part of the top table design to be used later)

Massive congratulations to Laura and Tim from all of the team here at Flower Design Events

The tables were dressed with a random collection of varied vintage style vessels, Bird cages, Tea & Coffee Sets & Cake Stands created an eclectic and relaxed vibe
Each table was named after a city and we matched colours in the designs to the postcards used
One of the small goldfish bowl designs used to extend the top table design
