The Beautiful Rise Hall Wedding Day of Ashleigh & Ben

This was an absolutely stunning wedding at Rise Hall over in the East Riding of Yorkshire very close to Hull, we'd driven straight across the country from our West Coast base off the motorway we passed through a series of beautiful villages to arrive at this magnificent and breathtaking mansion.
~
About six months earlier, we'd been to visit, to find out the lay of the land, we met up with Ashleigh's Mum & Dad who introduced us to the brilliant and exceptional Helen Davies who runs a very tight but super hospitable ship over at Rise, we are so impressed with her and her fabulous team. Rise Hall is on such a huge scale, it's opulence is undeniable and it's absolutely spotless every credit to the housekeeping team, it's just so welcoming and an absolute joy to work at, I only wish it were a little closer to us.
Jason & I had such a lovely time the day before in this magical building, we arrived before the Bride & Groom and both of their families to dress the most spectacular stair case ensuring it set the scene for a very special weekend.
It's true to say this style of floristry is where our team feel most at home, it's relaxed and organic, arranging flowers and foliages almost as if they had grown there, I was lucky enough to be working with a collection of glorious Summer materials; Smilax and Passion Flower trails from Italy, fragrant French Stocks, English Roses, Hydrangeas, Snowberry, Eucalyptus, Asparagus Ferns to name but a few.
Beautiful Purple Hybrid Passion Flower
At the foot of this insanely huge staircase we arranged a collection of Hurricane Lanterns set on logs with mosses and Succulents to illuminate the hallway beautifully

The following morning Jason found our gorgeous Bride and her Bridesmaids in one of the beautifully appointed suites to present them with their gorgeous bouquets, he showed them all how to carry them perfectly, though some of these beautiful ladies had carried our bouquets before so knew the drill!!xx Check out Rachel & Ben's Wedding over at Whitewell Link

The Boutonnieres were lined up ready to pin them on to the Groom and his party before heading off to Church at the bottom of the drive

The super handsome Bride Groom Ben (aka Billy) complete with his rather lovely Boutonniere

The Church of All Saints, Rise is just at the bottom of the driveway
Just inside the porch we'd arranged a collection of pots and jars all filled with fragranced and textured flowers, herbs and foliages, our Lanterns illuminated the space

Inside this heavenly space simple windowsill designs of Gypsophilia and candles set the scene for  the celebrations beautifully
On the Altar two elegant arrangements of English country garden blooms framed the ceremony space
We lined the aisle with fresh fragrant Rose Petals and candlelit Brampton Lanterns

The fabulous Bride's Mum the lovely Pat arrived along with the Bridesmaids in vintage style
Pat was wearing a fabulous hat that had been made for her by Eleda Hat's in Guseley
We had made her a wrist corsage to match the fabric of her ensemble
The Bridesmaid's Bouquet's included Lily of the Valley, Love in the Mist, Peonies, Sweet Peas, Patience Roses, and Watercolour Hydrangeas with Larkspur and Astrantia
We'd made a fresh flower palette of hair flowers for the Bridesmaid's, I do love the flowers in their hair
