The Stunning St Helen's Waddington & Eaves Hall Wedding Day of Ellie & Damien Brook

This was such a breathtakingly beautiful wedding, I took a ridiculous number of snaps so knew it was going to take an absolute age to put this blog posting together. What an utter joy it's been though, the summer seems so long ago now, with the dark winter nights stretching out so far ahead of us, to revisit these summer blooms, just brightens everything up again. I can almost smell the heady fragrance of the Sweet Peas, the Peonies and the English Garden Roses all so prolific a matter of months ago, a distant memory now.

I can't tell you how much I enjoyed the meetings with Ellie and her fabulous Mum Chris, we planned, we designed and eventually created a glorious collection of exquisite Bridal Flowers.
The Big day finally arrived, Jason & I had the enormous pleasure of presenting these beautiful Wedding Bouquets to Ellie and her Bridesmaids at the family home

I showed everyone how to carry their bouquets, conducting the all important FD Events Bridal Bouquet carrying lesson

Jason & I headed off to St Helen's in Waddington, we dressed the arch over the front door with a heavenly garland of Roses, Peonies, Hydrangeas and Sweet Peas

Inside the porch a collection of posies and candlelit votives greeted the guests

I lined up the Boutonnieres ready to pin them on to the Groom's Men
Inside this glorious Church, we'd decorated the ends of each alternate pew end with a fragrant posy of fresh flowers

Two luscious pedestal designs framed the ceremony space perfectly
The Pew end posies included Sweet Scented Sweet Peas, Roses and Peonies
Fresh Astilbe and Roses
The Windowsills too were dressed with posies of heavenly English Garden blooms
Spiral stemmed Bay Trees dressed with Roses, Hydrangeas and Gypsophilia framed the front door

Two 'L' shaped arrangements framed the Cross on the Altar these were left in Church after the ceremony

Pedestals of Hydrangeas, Roses, Peonies, Stocks, Larkspur, Hostas and Eucalyptus

Ellie's super handsome Bride Groom Damien was the first to have his rather special Boutonniere pinned to his lapel, we'd included Roses, Sweet Pea and Lily of the Valley in his Boutonniere

I pinned on each of the Groom's Men's Boutonnieres ensuring each one was positioned perfectly
The adorable little Flower Girl carrying a posy of fresh Peonies, Roses and Sweet Peas a miniature version of the Bride's Bouquet, we also placed a few flowers in her hair to match
