Helen & Simon Lewis's "Winter Wonderland" Wedding at The Great Hall at Mains

I took this picture from a moving Transit van with the window wound down and Jason refusing to stop! But I feel it captures the crisp winter morning and the fields around The Cartford Inn where our beautiful Bride Helen and her family were staying... Helen's winter pink bridal bouquet included Pink ranunculas, Amalia Roses, Stephanotis, Pink Cymbidium Orchids, Skimmia, Steel Berry and lots of lovely Christmas Evergreens.
The Bridesmaids Bouquets were bound in the same "Cassis" fabric as the boys ties.

The all important Flower Design bouquet holding lesson.. We pinned on Mum's Corsage of Phalaenopsis Orchids & Stephanotis
And Dad's Amalia Rose Bouttoniere
Then we headed off to The Great Hall at Mains
The Registrars table was a be-decked with Stillingia, Cymbidium Orchids, Nerines & Amalia Roses
The Aisle was lined with our fabulous Candelabras
And we awaited the arrival of the Groom's Party to pin on their Boutonnieres and Corsages.
The Groom's Mum's Corsage in Black & White included Lissianthus, Stephanotis & Phalaenopsis Orchids.
This candleabra is the one The Great Hall order each week to make the Hall look fabulous for show arounds (This is the kind of attention to detail I keep harping on about at TGHM!)

The super handsome groom Simon (He reminds me of the X factor winner Joe only Simon's better looking!)
Simon's very special Buttonhole of Amalia Rose & Ranunculas looked exquisite.

The Great Hall is a superb ceremony space, it's a little church like, this was the most emotional and beautiful ceremony.
The biggest of congratulations to Helen & Simon

Hot Mulled Wine, perfect for such a frosty day

The table designs were a combination of these low silver bowls with a large chapel candle in the centre surrounded by a profusion of pink Roses, Orchids and Nerines...
and these tall elegant candelabras with a wreath of Orchids and Roses

This was a very special day organised and planned in just over two weeks, a phenominal triumph for Helen & Simon, it was all totally magical and thank you so much to them for allowing Flower Design to be a part of it.
