60th Birthday Celebrations at Bartle Hall

This event was to celebrate our very special friend Colin Snell's Birthday

Colin & I planned beautiful Spring Gardens for the centre of each table, all of the designs were to be different, all were to be seasonal and garden like.

Colin orgnaised lovely table stationary with a perfect quotation on each place card.
Let us be grateful to people who make us happy;
they are the charming gardeners
who make our soul blossom.
Marcel Proust
Each design featured grouped spring blooms arranged with soft mossed and fragrant foliages.

There was lots of detail, like the woven flexi grass here.

Hi Jane

Wow! that is truly impressive, and so quick, have you slept? Thanks very much.

I will arrange a link from my website, not quite sure I can match your efforts though.

It truly was a wonderful day, I think Colin had a birthday to remember.

Thanks again, hope to see you again soon.

regards
Richard

Hi Jane

What great photos, everything looks absolutely stunning, and Colin looks like he had a really good time!

What a lovely memory everyone has helped to create for him.

Thank you very much for letting me know about this blog, I often become very familiar with guests names when I am creating the stationery but never get to see the faces, it is lovely to see the final effect of all that planning Colin did to provide his guests with a very enjoyable occasion.

Thanks again, and I look forward to meeting you soon.
