Chris & Fiona Lee 22nd November 2008

Welcome to the wedding of Fiona & Chris, these are the key words we used to describe their big day Family, Seasonality, Spicy, Mulled wine, Cosy, Roaring Fires, Outdoors, Relaxed, Fruit, Romantic, Luxurious, Impulsive, Beautiful.

The Great Hall at Mains provides the perfect setting for such a magnificent occasion, civil ceremonies do need to be set in a venue that matches the magnitude of the promises and commitment being made, for me The Great Hall is quite simply perfect.

The pedestal designs Fiona & Chris chose not only complimented the season but made the most of the venue's character, we used fresh Schwartzwalder Callas, Winter Brassicas, Autumn tinged Hydrangeas, Creamy Vendella Roses and lots of fragrant foliages

The candlelight created visual warmth and made for an extremely romantic ambience.

The table centre pieces provided an ideal aisle dressing.

We re-dresssed the boys and attached their buttonoles

Three generations of Lee Boys
How fabulous does this room look?

The chairs were dressed by the wonderful girls and boys at Creative Cover Hire

Young Zac, who was beautifully behaved throughout.

Here Come the Boys!

Chris had a Black Calla lily, Green Orchid and some skimmia berries in his boutonierre

The beautiful Bridesmaids

The Bridesmaids bouquets included, Cardifolium "Pin Cushion Proteas" , Rosehips, Orchids, Callas & Germinis.

The Photgraphers for the day were Sarah & Abigail from Abigail & Eye and can't wait to see their wonderful photographs, they are always superb.

The Cars were from Broughton Cars, they are always immaculate.

Kara was the most gorgeous Flower Girl and performed her tasks with flair.

The arrival of the beautiful bride Fiona looked absolutely stunning.

Fiona's bouquet was a spicy selection of fresh seasonal blooms and foliages including some fresh anniseed, Eucalyptus, Rosemary, Eucalyprus flower pods, Cream roses, Black Roses and Metalina Roses, Orchids and Proteas.

This is my favourite photograph, many congratulations to you both

This is the lovely Chriss Cb Manager at The Great Hall, she managed the day brilliantly

With A Twist did the catering, the canapes were presented so elegantly

The tables were all named after autumnal treats and the table favours matched the table names

The Cake was made by the Grooms Mum and smelled delicious

The table designs had a cluster of five candles and were surrounded by fresh flowers and willow

The room now set for a banquet, quite beautiful!

Great pictures Jane!
The flowers were quite simply out of this world, so beautiful and fresh and worked perfectly with our autumnal theme. The most massive thank you to you and your team, without you we wouldn't have had even half the elegance and ambience to the day, your creativity knows no bounds. When anyone ever mentions flowers your name will be the first thing out of my mouth followed by a string of tributes. You really are a genius to have created it all from my random musings and thoughts that were flung at you! Everyone said how amazing the room looked - even the registrar said it had never looked so beautiful! Thank you again, hope to see you again soon
love Chris and Fi

Mains Hall looks beautiful, I hadn't thought of getting married at the venue but this looks so regal and I wouldn't have to worry about the weather. See you in January Jane when I'm over next love W.
