Lilac Loveliness for Joanne & Phil's Wedding at St Michael's Kirkham & Ribby Hall
I really loved working with these gorgeous families, we had an amazing time, splendid girly meetings, I'm going to miss them horribly.
This wedding day was a typically English day, a variety of weather conditions, blue skies, showers and howling gales, to be honest it was all so beautiful that hadn't noticed the weather until I started sorting through these photographs (Many thanks to the lovely Malcolm for loaning me his camera for the day)
~
First stop the Bride Joanne's family home to deliver the heavenly fragranced Bridal Bouquets, we used Sweet Peas, Freesia, Roses, Calla Lilies, Phlox and Eucalyptus the concoction was divine.
It's always such a huge relief when the ladies are thrilled with their flowers, Joanne was having her hair done but still had time to appreciate her beautiful bouquet, Joanne's completely fabulous Mum had, had her handbag dressed with fresh flowers and she was pretty chuffed too
Some of Joanne's gorgeous Bridesmaid's enjoyed the FD Events Bridal Bouquet carrying lesson
Whilst the sky was still blue and the sun was shining Malcolm and I headed back to St Michael's to put the finishing touches to the Church designs
On either side of the front door two spiral stemmed Bay Trees dressed with fragrant Sweet Peas & Phlox stood to attention lika a couple of very beautiful Sentrys
Inside this rich and cavernous Church our Malcolm was busy spraying and refreshing the fabulous pedestals and Pew Ends, whilst I got to grips with using his camera!
The Pedestal designs included elegantly tall Delphiniums alongside Roses, Hydrangeas, Stocks, Calla Lilies, Dahlias, Phlox & Roses that we also used to create the beautifully fragrant Pew End Posies
Elegant White Akito Roses with Lavender Sweet Peas and a sprig of fresh Rosemary creating a perfect Boutonniere for the Gentlemen guests
Joanne's Uber Handsome Bride Groom Phil
Phil was wearing a rather special Groom's Boutonniere incorporating a Crystal Blush Calla Lily, White Freesia, Lavender Lissianthus, Eucalyptus & Ivy
The Groom's fabulous Mum was wearing a Mum's Eppaulette Corsage in Raspberry, Silver & Ivory
Grandma was wearing a delightful Lavender & Ivory Freesia Corsage
Th fabulous Bridesmaid's were next to arrive
The Bridesmaid's Bouquets matched their lilac gowns perfectly
