Navy Blue & Ivory for Kirsty & Darren at The Villa in Wrea Green

Clean, crisp, modern, romantic, fresh and interestingly Preston North End were the key words I'd written on Kirsty & Darren's first enquiry form, we'd met up with them both way back in July 2015, we had such a lovely time getting to know these two gorgeous folks and to eventually create wedding flowers for them.
We got back together with them again in June 2016 to discuss the beautiful Mood Board they had created (Preston North End featured here again), mainly ivory with a hint of blush for the fresh flowers with navy Bridesmaid's gowns, stationery and fabric dressing, we arranged to meet up again a few weeks later to present a set of sample designs, created to suit their brief and their budget.
Kirsty's sample wedding bouquet & a sample Boutonniere included White O'Hara, Mentha, Avalanche & Snowflake with Keira Roses, fresh fragrant Lily of the Valley, Astrantia, Albiflora, Viburnum Berries and Eucalyptus

Jason presented our gorgeous Bride and her lovely Bridesmaid's with their Bridal Bouquets
The beautiful Kirsty, we're really going to miss her, such a fabulous person to work for.
On the Big day Kirsty's wedding bouquet included White O'Hara, Mentha, Avalanche & Snowflake with Keira Roses, fresh fragrant Lily of the Valley, Astrantia, Albiflora,  Eucalyptus and the Viburnum Berries were now much more navy blue than they were when we'd made the sample.
The super glam Bride's Mum Morag looked fabulous we'd made her a gorgeous corsage of Love in the Mist, Cornflowers, Rose buds and berries to compliment her navy and ivory ensemble

Kirsty's seriously handsome Bride Groom (&Preston North End fan) the very lovely Darren complete with his rather special boutonniere
The Bride Groom's Boutonniere of fresh Lily of the Valley, Rolled Rose Petals, Viburnum Berries, Albiflora, Champagne Grass and Eucalyptus leaves
Jason pinned on all of the boutonnieres making sure they were in exactly the right place on the right people and the right way up

The scene was set at The Villa in Wrea Green for the ceremony
The ceremony space was framed by four of our fabulous pedestals, two at the front on either side of the fireplace and two at the back marking the start of the aisle

Mirrored cubes filled with fresh flowers dressed the Registrars table

The aisle was lined with candlelit hurricane lamps and fresh fragrant Rose petals

The absolutely beautiful Bride the lovely Kirsty was wearing a Stella York gown from Emma Louise Bridal in Bolton
The Bridal party were gathered in the Piano Bar at The Villa, and they were all looking gorgeous

The lovely Bridesmaids were wearing navy blue Jenny Packham gowns

I absolutely adore this bouquet the shape and content are just perfect with Kirsty's beautiful gown

Huge congratulations to Kirsty & Darren from all of the team here at Flower Design Events

The celebrations moved into the Pavillion where the tables were dressed with a combination of high and low table designs

Our tall Flower Bombs dressed some of the tables, set on our tall glass columns with floating glass tea light spheres
Some of the tables were dressed with Mirrored cubes filled with fresh Roses and Hydrangeas

The Top table was dressed with a combination of columns and mirror cubes illuminated by tea lights set on a row of mirrors

Our work here was done, huge thanks to Kirsty and Darren from all of the team here at Flower Design Events for choosing us to make their wedding flowers for them
