The Literature Inspired Wedding Day of Tegan & Thomas aka Ted at St Claire's Church in Fulwood & Singleton Lodge, Featuring Images by Dan Wootton Photography

We have really enjoyed the build up to this beautiful wedding, Tegan & her lovely Mum had been to FD HQ for a number of appointments, we'd planned, we'd gone through Tegan's fabulous Mood Board and we'd created a glorious set of sample designs.
~
It was also a bit of a family affair for us too with my lovely daughter Olivia alongside Adele presenting the flowers for us and my Brother Peter had loaned us his van for the weekend, huge thanks to them for their continued support, I don't know where we'd be without our fab family.
~
So we join the action so to speak with some beautiful images by the wonderful Dan Wootton who managed to capture our Olivia walking up the path with her precious cargo of Bridal Bouquets...
Olivia showed everyone how to carry their Wedding Bouquets

Tegan's Wedding Bouquet was vibrant and colourful including a full and sumptuous array of English Garden Roses; Juliet, Beatrice and Keira with Peonies, Sweet Peas, Lily of the Valley, Freesia, Eryngium, Hydrangeas, Hostas, Eucalyptus and Craspedia
The handle of the Wedding Bouquet was finished with a lace binding and some vintage buttons

These next few pics are taken by our Adele, she does a fabulous job...

The Bride's father's Boutonniere featured a David Austin Beatrice Rose
Some stunning images by the brilliant Dan Wootton

Olivia & Adele headed off to St Claire's with the lovely Ken, they hung one of our seriously vibrant Floral Hearts outside Church

Inside they'd framed the Altar with two of our magnificent Byzantine Gold Candelabras, just in front of the Altar was a floor sitting design and Pew End posies lined the aisle
Our Byzantine Gold Candelabra, pearls were hanging from the branches, a full and voluptuous garland of fresh flowers creating a crown around the candles
Altar design was created in a traditional British heritage floristry style

The posies of fresh Peonies, Roses, Sweet Peas, Herbs and Hydrangeas were hanging from each alternate pew end

Our Bride Groom Ted was first to have his rather special Boutonniere pinned in place

Back to Dan Wootton's fab images

Adele's pics again, all of the Bridesmaids were wearing fresh flowers in their hair to match their bouquets

Huge Congratulations to this gorgeous couple

The fabulous Bride's Mum, Philippa was wearing a blue corsage to match her blue ensemble

The celebrations moved on to the glorious surroundings of Singleton Lodge
The dining room looked magnificent
The tables were dressed with rich and vibrant flowers, each table was named after a classic novel

The Byzantine Candelabras looked perfect on the tables
The lower tables were dressed with stacks of classic publications and posies of fresh blooms some covered over with bell jars

Small glass Gold Fish Bowls dressed all of the coffee tables throughout Singleton Lodge

These last few beautiful images are of course Dan Wootton's

Thank you so much to Tegan & Thomas and their families for choosing Flower Design to create their wedding flowers for them.  Huge thanks also to Dan Wootton for his beautiful images
